If you are an Analytical thinker who can conceptualize, execute, and design innovative pay-per-click campaigns across Meta. As a Paid Ad Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing the latest Meta marketing initiatives, aiming to improve our clients' conversions in paid advertising. As a certified leader in the space, you can balance strategic plans with tactical realities translating brands across multiple media channels. You are looking to take your skills to the next level.

Requirements:

• AA or BA in marketing is highly preferred
• Meta Certified
• 2 to 5 years of paid ads experience
• Professional/bilingual English level is a must

What will you do? Easy!

• English Speaking Skills
• A minimum of 2 years of direct Meta experience with tangible results -- at a digital agency is preferred.
• Manage the setup, adjustments, monitoring, and reporting for digital marketing and advertising campaigns
• Experience and Knowledge in improving Click-Through Rates and Costs Per Click
• Excellent at writing ad copy
• Advising our team of developers and designers on building landing pages, web pages, etc., that convert
• Create/add/manage Meta ads and large budgets on a daily basis
• Knows the ins and outs of Meta.
• Advanced knowledge of utilizing pixels.
• Advanced knowledge of retargeting ads 
• Keyword research experience with SEO understanding 
• Track/report on conversion 
• Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
