Position: HSE Coordinator

Location: Swansea

Hours: Approx 10hrs/day

Contract: 2 years

PAYE Pay Rates: £320.00/day, including £34.40/day Holiday Pay

The Role:

Integrate Engineering Resources is currently recruiting for HSE Coordinators for a 2 year contract on a major construction near Swansea. The role will involve advising on health and safety during the construction phase, including facilitating communication between parties, compiling the health and safety file and documenting project risks.

Key responsibilities:

Advise the client: Provide guidance on health and safety during the design and planning stages.

Coordinate design: Ensure that health and safety is integrated into the project's design by reviewing changes and checking for compliance.

Facilitate communication: Act as a central point of contact to ensure effective communication between the client, designers, and contractors.

Manage risk: Identify and manage health and safety risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Compile health and safety file: Create or compile the final health and safety file to be handed over to the client upon project completion.

Ensure regulatory compliance: Make sure the project adheres to all applicable health and safety regulations, such as the CDM Regulations.

Requirements:

NEBOSH certificate, is highly beneficial.

A degree in construction or a related field is preferred

A comprehensive understanding of the Construction Design and Management Regulations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ability to review project information and assess risks is crucial for effective decision-making.
