Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects involving rotating equipment for ADNOC within the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, for projects involving rotating equipment in oil and gas facilities.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and ADNOC representatives to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, industry regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of rotating equipment, such as compressors, turbines, and pumps.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and ADNOC representatives.
- Manage procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Lead project meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth communication across all teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices in project management and engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects involving rotating equipment in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of ADNOC standards, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to ADNOC sites and other project locations as required.
