Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Nottingham

Start Date: May 2026

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £50-70k, dependant on experience

The Role:

Due to continued growth, our client is currently recruiting for a permanent Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a leading industrial coatings specialist in the energy, rail, infrastructure and industrial sectors. The role will involve:

-Managing project costs and valuations

-Preparing applications and final accounts

-Supporting commercial performance across multiple projects

-Working closely with operational and client teams

-Helping drive profitability and project success

Requirements:

-QS experience within construction, industrial services, or coatings

-Strong commercial awareness and communication skills

-A proactive and organised approach

-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
