What you'll do:

As a CAD Engineer, you will contribute to complex design and simulation work across automotive, aerospace, and robotics projects, supporting the companies with major global OEMs. This is a critical, hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to deliver end-to-end engineering solutions within demanding project timelines.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop and execute complex CAD designs using CATIA V5 and CATIA V6 on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
  • Perform surface and generative shape design for automotive, aerospace, and robotics applications
  • Lead full end-to-end engineering design processes including concept development, detailed design, and manufacturability assessment
  • Conduct design simulations and resolve engineering challenges within defined project timeframes
  • Collaborate with project teams and OEM partners to deliver design outputs in line with client specifications and quality standards
  • Participate in technical skill assessments and hands-on design tasks as part of project onboarding and evaluation
  • Support training and knowledge-sharing activities aligned with AVA Training's industry programs
  • Maintain organised design files, documentation, and project portfolios


Successful candidate must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CAD engineering within the automotive, aerospace, or robotics industry
  • Proven proficiency in CATIA V5 and/or CATIA V6 (3DEXPERIENCE platform)
  • Certified in 3DEXPERIENCE or CATIA (Dassault Systèmes-issued certification strongly preferred)
  • Strong background in surface design, generative shape design, and manufacturability analysis
  • Experience working on projects with large OEMs (e.g., Ford, Toyota, Airbus, Boeing, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and design-for-manufacture principles
  • Experience in simulation and structural/performance analysis is a strong advantage
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects and engineering work is highly encouraged

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
