What you'll do:
As a Production and Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the team by ensuring that marketing campaigns, content, and communications are executed accurately and delivered on time. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes organized and efficient, as it is primarily an administrative role and does not involve strategic marketing responsibilities.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Preparing, testing and scheduling email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Managing and updating Partner data across internal systems
- Supporting campaign setup, including our competitions, articles and content
- Scheduling and managing social media posts
- Maintaining and updating project boards (Monday.com)
- Performing quality checks on campaigns before sending
- Assisting with Partner/client onboarding and system setup
- Supporting the transition to new marketing system
Successful candidates must have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to mange multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and systems
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Experience with marketing tolls or CRMs is a plus
- Experience with email marketing and social media scheduling is preferred
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Work Setup: Work On-Site
- Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
