Role Overview: 

This role is for a technically versatile specialist who sits at the intersection of frontend web development and digital analytics. This hybrid role requires strong capability in maintaining and building websites (primarily WordPress and Webflow) and implementing advanced tracking solutions via Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other third-party platforms.

This person will work across digital marketing and development teams to ensure clean, fast websites and accurate, actionable data collection.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Web Development (50%)
  • Maintain, update and improve websites built in WordPress, Webflow, and occasionally other CMSs (e.g. Shopify, Squarespace).
  • Assist with building and editing HTML/CSS/JavaScript templates.
  • Implement on-page SEO elements including meta tags, schema markup, heading structure, and accessibility improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site performance issues, improve PageSpeed/Core Web Vitals.
  • Debug layout, script, or performance issues using browser developer tools.
  • Support landing page builds and performance testing.
• Tracking & Analytics (50%)
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager containers across websites.
  • Set up and manage GA4 tracking, including custom events, conversions, and enhanced measurement.
  • Integrate third-party tags, including Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Work with marketing and dev teams to define dataLayer structures, read and push values as needed.
  • Conduct QA and debugging using tools such as GTM Preview, GA4 DebugView, Meta Pixel Helper, and Tag Assistant.
  • Ensure clean, consistent, and privacy-compliant data collection across all properties.

Successful candidates must have:

• Must-Have Skills
  • Google Tag Manager: strong understanding of tags, triggers, variables, and dataLayer interactions.
  • GA4: experience implementing custom and recommended events, defining conversions, and integrating with platforms.
  • JavaScript: intermediate level for tracking logic and manipulating DOM elements or form fields.
  • Frontend Development: solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • CMS Experience: hands-on experience managing and modifying sites built in WordPress and/or Webflow.
  • Debugging Skills: comfortable using browser dev tools and tag debugging tools.
  • Cross-Platform Experience: setting up tracking across diverse forms and platforms (e.g. Gravity Forms, WooCommerce, Webflow Forms).
  • Strong QA mindset: ability to validate and troubleshoot setups independently.
• Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with schema markup (JSON-LD).
  • Exposure to templating languages like Liquid, Twig, or Handlebars.
  • Awareness of data privacy compliance in tag implementation (e.g. GDPR, cookie banners).
  • Experience working with other CMS platforms such as Shopify, Squarespace, or Wix.

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
• Work Setup: Work On-Site
