What you'll do:
As the HR Coordinator, you will provide hands‑on, operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR, recruitment and Work Health & Safety processes are delivered accurately, consistently and in line with policies and legislative requirements.
Working closely with the HR team, leaders, employees and external partners, you will play a key role in coordinating HR operations, maintaining high‑quality records and documentation, supporting recruitment activities, and assisting with WHS, workers compensation and return‑to‑work processes. This role is critical to enabling a positive employee experience while supporting governance, compliance and HR priorities in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, documentation, system access, and inductions
- Support internal movements and employment changes, preparing required documentation
- Track probation periods and follow up on performance reviews
- Provide recruitment coordination from requisition to offer, including job ads, interviews, and candidate communication
- Prepare contracts and manage pre-employment checks in line with policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support WHS initiatives, including record-keeping, incident reporting, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate workers compensation claims, reporting, and return-to-work activities
- Assist with audits and HR/WHS reporting
- Provide guidance to leaders on HR and WHS processes and ensure a strong employee experience
Successful candidates must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar HR position
- Willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail, with highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
- Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
- Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
