What you'll do:

As an Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee internal operations across Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Talent Acquisition (TA) while ensuring strong commercial visibility and control. You will be responsible for aligning teams, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency to support business growth.

You will also play a key role in protecting revenue by managing contract tracking and renewals, monitoring performance indicators, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and expand existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:

  • Lead and align HR,IT, and Talent Acquisition functions
  • Drive operational excellence by improving workflows and reducing inefficiencies
  • Maximize the use of systems such as Sprout HRIS, Manatal, HubSpot, and Xero
  • Strengthen hiring pipelines and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Own contract tracking and renewal processes to prevent revenue leakage
  • Maintain visibility of client contracts, including timelines and values
  • Monitor key metrics impacting revenue such as hiring delays, attrition, and capacity
  • Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Optimize team capacity and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain operational reliability

Successful Candidates Must Have:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in BPO, offshoring, or shared services
  • Experience managing HR, IT, and/or Talent Acquisition functions
  • Strong process improvement and systems-thinking skills
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue and cost impact
  • Proven ability to drive efficiency and team performance
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Work On-Site
  • Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
