What you'll do:
As an Implementation Specialist Engineer - APAC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and support of our software solutions. You will work closely with customers during the implementation and onboarding phases, as well as provide ongoing support post go-live. This role requires a good understanding of our software and backend services, strong problem-solving skills, and
excellent communication abilities.
Key responsibilities for this role includes:
- Solid experience in hospital IT environments, ideally with PACS/DICOM workflows or other imaging
systems. - You will bring strong technical knowledge combined with good communication skills to get your
message across and clearly explain technical concepts. - You have a customer-focused, go-getter attitude and aren't afraid to pick up the phone and
contact clients to push along implementations. - You love to work in teams and are proactive in reaching out to members globally and ensuring
that Nicolabs's product and sales teams are aligned on the implementation schedules. - You can also work independently, thanks to your eye for detail and structured approach.
Successful candidates must have:
- Previous experience in a technical support or implementation role.
- Familiarity with DICOM, PACS, and hospital IT.
- Experience using support ticketing systems, JIRA, Confluence.
- Verbal and written communication in Spanish, Italian, French or German.
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Work Setup: Work On-Site
- Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
