What you'll do:
As an Implementation Specialist Engineer - APAC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and support of our software solutions. You will work closely with customers during the implementation and onboarding phases, as well as provide ongoing support post go-live. This role requires a good understanding of our software and backend services, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key responsibilities for this role includes:
Customer Onboarding and Implementation
1. Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of software solutions for new clients.
2. Provide support to customers during the onboarding process.
3. Ensure that the implementation process is smooth, timely, and meets client expectations.
4. Work directly with hospital IT teams to design, document and deploy secure SaaS deployments, including VPN
configuration, relay server setup, and Linux-based virtual machine installation.
5. Provide guidance on network topology, firewall rules, and high-availability design to meet hospital compliance and security requirements.
Technical Support
1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via email, chat, or phone.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
3. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or developers as needed.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as VPN connectivity problems, relay server outages, and Linux service failures.
5. Coordinating upgrades, migrations, and system changes for existing customers to ensure minimal disruptions to the customers workflow.
Customer Interaction
1. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products.
3. Provide clear and concise instructions and explanations to clients.
Successful candidates must have:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in hospital IT.
- Basic understanding of software and backend services.
- Solid project and time management skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting, including VPNs (IPsec or equivalent).
- Hands-on Linux administration, including virtual machines and log analysis.
- Familiarity with PACS/DICOM workflows and hospital IT environments.
- Understanding of secure SaaS architectures and ability to translate technical requirements into clear instructions for
hospital IT teams.
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Work Setup: Work On-Site
- Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
