What you'll do:

As a Performance Specialist, you'll support the Digital Marketing Strategist team by setting up, optimizing, and analyzing performance advertising campaigns for Harper Digitals clients.

Key responsibilities for this role includes:

• Setting up new advertising campaigns
  
• Google Analytics configuration
• Conversion tracking setup
• Managing and optimizing running campaigns
• Documenting campaign changes
• Analyzing and reporting on campaign results
• Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines and SLAs

Successful candidates must have:

• High standard of written and verbal English
• Knowledge of core marketing principles as they relate to Small to Medium businesses
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to think critically and problem solve
• 2+ years experience with Google Ads
• 2+ years experience with Meta Ads
• Comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of Google + Meta Ads best practices
• Familiarity with configuring conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Ability to configure server-side tracking a plus

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM PHT
• Work Setup: Work On-Site
• Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
