What you'll do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be focusing on Business Development, managing, and growing lending opportunities across residential, commercial, and private credit. The ideal candidate will leverage their broker and client network to build strong relationships and deliver tailored lending solutions that align with our credit appetite.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Origination & Sales

    • Source new lending opportunities through brokers, accountants, referrers, and direct borrower channels.
    • Promote lending products including residential, commercial, bridging, development, and private credit facilities.
    • Achieve loan volume and revenue targets.

Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers, financial advisers, accountants, and referral partners.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers and partners, ensuring excellent service and communication throughout the loan process.

Credit & Deal Structuring

    • Pre-assess deals and package applications in line with lender requirements.
    • Liaise with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
    • Identify and escalate potential risks early.

Market Development

    • Actively identify market opportunities, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Successful candidate must have:

  • Proven track record in BDM, Sales, or Lending role within banking, private lending, or mortgage broking.
  • Strong existing relationships across broker, borrower, or referrer networks.
  • Understanding of credit assessment, property finance, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive results.

Work Arrangements:

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)

Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.

Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
