What you'll do:

As a Social Media Manager, you will blend the roles of an Executive Assistant (EA) and a Social Media Manager. In this role, you'll need to be self-motivated, efficient, and organized. Your responsibilities will include managing our day-to-day social media marketing efforts while providing essential support to our two Directors.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Full run of social media management and content creation
  • Must have strong skills over all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Threads, TikTok as minimum)
  • Film and edit social media videos like a pro, quickly turning around content to jump on platforms trends
  • Tell stories in the most engaging way possible
  • Ensure content consistency across different platforms, managing a cohesive brand image
  • Strategise, create and execute interactive social media content thats sets the brand apart from our competitors
  • Data entry for client base and management and uploading of listings to various websites
  • Client care and follow up of buyer enquiries
  • Assisting with document preparations
  • Preparation of business information packs

Successful candidates must have:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative
  • Extensive experience with Facebook, Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and Threads
  • Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
