What you'll do:

As a Sales and Customer Support Representative, you'll be providing support for the sales and customer service teams through accurate processing.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Completion of required reports for clients, representatives, and customer service teams.
    • Job Tracking Reports (WIP) run each day via Revenue Builder, WIP report or Job Tracking.
    • Forecasting Reports Run each week and action, provide updates to the team and replenish items when approvals have been obtained.
    • Other reports as per the customer's request individually and based on customer requirements including, Stock Status/Usage/Activity, Average reporting etc.
    • Monthly reports - Running the following reports and converting them into Excel before distributing them.
      • Rep Sales Reports (the 5 x reports per rep).
      • YTD Sales Results and Sales Results Monthly
      • Slow Moving Stock Report.
      • Quarantine Stock Report
      • Customer Analysis
  • Accurate data entry for Sales Orders, Jobs and Invoicing purposes
  • Closing off sales orders and jobs ensures up-to-date information is maintained in the system (ensuring DIFOT) and invoicing can occur promptly.
  • Ensuring WIP statuses are up to date and will meet DIFOT requirements.
  • Process client orders and raise work tickets.
  • Complete quote request templates.
  • Complete and approve client orders before processing.
  • Update and maintain the internal database

Successful candidates must have:

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite of products Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task with high accuracy and common sense.
  • Excellent time management skills.
