What you'll do:

As a Social Media Ads Specialist, you will develop, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. This role requires a data-driven marketer who excels in audience targeting, ad performance analysis, and conversion optimisation.

The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in leveraging paid social media to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to enhance ad targeting and maximise ROI.
• Develop compelling ad creatives, including visuals and copy, in collaboration with designers and content teams.
• Continuously monitor and analyse ad performance, making data driven optimisations.
• A/B test different ad formats, creatives, and messaging to improve
• engagement and conversions.
• Stay up to date with social media advertising trends, platform
• changes, and industry best practices.
• Implement and manage pixel tracking, conversion events, and retargeting strategies.
• Provide detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with other marketing team members to align paid media strategies with broader marketing objectives.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to maximise performance while staying within budget constraints.

Successful candidates must have:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google
• Analytics, Google Search Console, social media insights, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience with audience segmentation, custom audiences, and retargeting.
• Ability to develop and refine ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 PM - 3:00 PM PHT
• Work Setup: Work-Onsite
• Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
