What you'll do:

As an Accounts Payable Officer you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and participate in regular Creditors meeting with the Finance Team.  You will be responsible to ensuring that the Creditor are paid within the agreed credit terms. 

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Review and verify creditor invoices and check requests;
  • Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices; 
  • Sort, code, and match invoices; 
  • Enter invoices into JIM;
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions;
  • Send suppliers remittance advice;
  • Prepare Bank file for payment;
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date;
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues;
  • Maintain vendor Card files;
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries;
  • Ensure that all credit card expenses are captured in Web Expenses;
  • Timesheet entry for technicians; and Ad hoc duties as required from time to time.

Successful candidates must have:

  • Minimum three years experience in similar Accounts Payable role;
  • Good written and verbal inter-personal skills;
  • Ability to influence with excellent communication and customer relations skills;
  • High level of attention to detail while working autonomously;
  • Superior time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Willing to work onsite (Alabang, Muntinlupa)

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
