What you'll do:

The SEO Performance Lead is responsible for the performance of all SEO clients within our Partner's portfolio, with the support of the SEO Group Manager. This role will be responsible for prioritising work to our broader SEO team, reviewing and refining SEO strategies and project plans for clients, and ensuring that the SEO portfolio performance is monitored, with at risk clients or decline in performance are identified, escalated and resolved in a proactive manner.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Create, review and refine SEO strategies for clients. The bulk of this role will be ensuring that strategies meet client objectives and that we continue to deliver to these strategies or project plans
  • Proactively identify and help resolve performance issues including declines in traffic or keyword rankings with the rest of our SEO specialists
  • Communicate the technical and complex in a way that your Mum can understand - this includes performance analysis and metrics 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Copy, Design, Social and Google Media to ensure we are sharing best practices across the business.
Successful candidate must have: 
  • 3+ years in SEO strategy or performance management. Experience working across multiple industries and clients is preferable.
  • Expertise in SEO tools including but not limited to audit tools, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush. Extensive knowledge of SEO technical and strategic best practices and industry trends.
  • Proven experience creating, understanding and communicating complex reporting and insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - can take the technical and make it simple
  • Experience across other digital marketing channels (AdWords, Social Media, Google Tag Manager, GA4) is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in both English written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and potential clients when needed. 
  • Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
