What you'll do:

As a Social Media & Community Manager, you will own and grow Continuous Creatives online presence primarily Instagram, with Facebook and LinkedIn support by driving daily community engagement, timely responses, and brand-right content/captions that generate qualified leads from architects, builders and interior designers.

Key responsibilities for this role includes:

  • Community Management & Growth
    • Daily engagement: react to stories, like/comment, follow ~20 targeted accounts
      each morning; warm new followers.
    • Respond to comments/DMs within agreed SLA.
    • Maintain and action VIP / regulars / message / do-not-contact lists.
  • Content Execution & Brand Voice
    • Draft on-brand captions that feel personal and specific.
    • Schedule/coordinate posts.
    • Propose post ideas informed by recent shoots and audience interactions.
  • Insights & Reporting
    • Track follower growth, reach, outbound interactions, follow-backs and
      high-value accounts.
    • Weekly report: highlights, screenshots, what worked, who to watch, and
      next actions.
  • Lead Nurture via Social
    • Identify and log warm leads from comments/DMs; escalate qualified
      opportunities.
    • Keep a simple spreadsheet tracker of outreach, conversations and outcomes.
  • Facebook & LinkedIn Support
    • Tailor content for Facebook (not just IG cross-post); support basic targeted ads
      setup/ops.
    • Maintain presence on LinkedIn with relevant updates.
  • Website & Platform Upkeep (Light)
    • Framer website updates (copy, recent work, minor content tweaks)
    • Check a small set of other platforms weekly to refresh content.
  • Proposals & Collateral
    • Produce proposal documents within 24 hours using an existing template
      (InDesign or Canva).
    • Swap images and adjust wording to suit deliverables; ensure brand polish.
  • Creative Support (Ad-hoc)
    • Light photo/editing for marketing posts.
    • Not responsible for client deliveries; editing for social only.
  • Successful candidates must have:
    • 24+ years in social media/community management for visual/creative brands.
    • Proven results growing Instagram communities in premium/luxury or design niches.
    • Demonstrable caption writing that avoids clichés and captures materiality/details
      (architecture/interiors).
    • Portfolio showing social posts and light retouching; architectural or interiors exposure
      strongly preferred.
    • Comfortable working autonomously with weekly direction; proactive once onboarded.
    • Desirable: familiarity with architecture/interior design vocabulary.
    • Qualification: Marketing/Communications/Design.

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Work On-Site
  • Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
