What you'll do:

The Transition & Capacity Planning Lead will serve as the single point of contact for all migration activities transitioning from onshore markets into the offshore CoE. This role is responsible for ensuring migrations are effectively planned, governed, executed, and embedded into business operations while maintaining service continuity and minimizing operational risk.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Migration Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all migration and transition initiatives moving work from onshore markets into the Philippines CoE.
  • Ensure adherence to the approved migration methodology, governance framework, and migration playbook.
  • Coordinate and oversee migration plans, transition timelines, milestones, and dependencies.

Capacity Planning & Workforce Readiness

  • Assess migration demand and develop capacity plans to support future growth.
  • Partner with recruitment, operations, and business leaders to ensure resources are available to support migration requirements.
  • Monitor migration pipeline, workforce readiness, and resource utilization.

Knowledge Transfer & Transition

  • Facilitate effective knowledge transfer activities between onshore and offshore teams.
  • Ensure documentation, process maps, SOPs, and operational artefacts are completed and maintained.
  • Support operational teams through the stabilization period following migration.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Escalate critical issues promptly and drive timely resolution.
  • Maintain migration risk registers and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure business continuity and service impacts are considered throughout migration activities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong working relationships with onshore markets, business leaders, and operational stakeholders.
  • Facilitate migration governance meetings, working groups, and steering forums.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement & Transformation

  • Identify opportunities to improve migration processes, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
  • Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across migration activities.
  • Support the development of a scalable regional operating model.

Successful candidate must have:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in transition, migration, outsourcing, offshoring, shared services, BPO, or operational transformation environments.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end migration or transition programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing knowledge transfer and operational readiness activities.
  • Experience working with global or regional stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Strong background in project delivery, workforce planning, or operational transformation.
  • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder escalations.
  • Experience supporting offshore, shared services, or Centre of Excellence environments.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Formal project management experience.

Desirable

  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
  • Experience within BPO, Shared Services, GCC, or Offshore Delivery environments.

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Work From Home
  • Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
