What you'll do:

As a Graphic/Web Designer, you'll be responsible for designing websites, landing pages, email templates, and marketing materials, ensuring responsive layouts and a great user experience.

The role involves building HubSpot websites using the CLEAN theme and creating emails with HubSpots drag-and-drop builder (training provided). You'll also collaborate with clients through email or video calls to discuss project needs and gather feedback.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Design beautiful, responsive websites, landing pages, and emails using HubSpots drag-and-drop builder (HubSpot training will be provided)
• Conceptualise and create engaging visual assets based on creative briefs
• Ensure all designs are accurate, consistent, and meet quality standards before delivery
• Manage projects effectively and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with team members and attend internal/client meetings
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, present ideas, and provide updates
• Stay up-to-date with design software, AI tools, and industry trends

Successful candidates must have:

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer and/or web designer
• Portfolio showcasing both graphic and web design work (personal projects welcome)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Experience in graphic design, web design and email marketing design
• Solid understanding of design principles and user-centered design
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with CLEAN theme to build HubSpot websites
• Experience with HubSpots drag-and-drop builder or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Figma
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Strong branding and visual identity skills
• Familiarity with AI design tools like Midjourney
• Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
