What you'll do:

As a Marketing Program Manager, you will act as the link between strategy and execution, ensuring that every marketing initiative, campaign, and internal communication aligns with the company's brand growth and engagement goals. You'll coordinate plans into actionable steps, supporting the Sales and Marketing team in delivering with consistency, visibility, and precision. 

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Marketing Process and Program Management
    • Translate the marketing plan into actionable programs with defined goals, timelines, deliverables, and owners.
    • Implement and maintain structured marketing processes including campaign workflows, approvals, version control, and reporting.
    • Monitor campaign performance and ensure that delivery aligns with timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution
    • Lead the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events.
    • Develop campaign briefs, content calendars, and lead generation workflows in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
    • Manage campaign assets, production timelines, and CRM journeys (Dynamics 365 Marketing) to best practice standards.
    • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, accountability, and impact.
  • Content and Copywriting
    • Create, edit, and refine marketing copy including social posts, newsletters, landing pages, case studies, and campaign collateral.
    • Ensure that all written and visual content aligns with ECLEVAs brand voice and positioning.
    • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform technical insights into clear, engaging narratives that support brand credibility and lead generation.
  • Brand Custodianship and Governance
    • Act as the owner of ECLEVAs brand identity, ensuring consistent application of tone, messaging, and visual standards across all channels.
    • Review and approve marketing outputs to maintain brand integrity and alignment with business objectives.
    • Champion continuous improvement in how ECLEVA presents itself internally and externally.
  • Social and Internal Communications
    • Manage ECLEVAs social media presence, including content scheduling, employee advocacy, and performance tracking.
    • Develop and deliver internal communications (announcements, newsletters, cultural updates, leadership messages).
    • Ensure messaging consistency and engagement across all communication channels.
  • Knowledge and Asset Management
    • Maintain an organised, accessible library of marketing materials and campaign assets.
    • Define and enforce file-naming conventions, version control, and storage structure.
    • Enable the broader business to access up-to-date, approved marketing resources.
  • Marketing Effectiveness, Insights & Reporting
    • Establish and maintain a performance measurement framework that tracks the impact and ROI of marketing activities.
    • Develop and manage dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility of campaign progress, risks, and outcomes.
    • Analyse engagement, lead generation, and conversion data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
    • Present insights and recommendations to the Head of Sales & Marketing to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools, CRM, and marketing platforms.

Successful candidates must have:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing program or campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing processes end-to-end in the B2B space.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical content into compelling messaging.
  • Demonstrated understanding of brand governance and consistency in tone, message, and presentation.
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong project management discipline with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, LinkedIn, and Canva.

  • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM and MS Marketing is a plus.

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
