What you'll do:

As a B2B Marketing Automation & Performance Specialist, you will be supporting the effectiveness of the companys B2B digital marketing through hands-on execution, data analysis, automation and continuous optimisation. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience and Marketing, this role focuses on building and running marketing automation programs, analysing performance across digital channels, and providing insights and recommendations that improve engagement, lead quality and campaign outcomes.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Marketing Automation & Data Management

  • Build, manage and maintain marketing automation programs within the Microsoft marketing ecosystem.
  • Support data quality through segmentation, cleansing, list management and basic governance.
  • Assist with alignment between marketing automation platforms and CRM.
  • Maintain documentation of journeys, segments and data processes.
  • Support consistent and compliant use of marketing data across campaigns.

Lead Nurturing, EDMs & Email Content

  • Build and execute B2B lead nurturing journeys aligned to defined buyer stages.
  • Create, test and deploy EDMs in collaboration with the Digital Producer.
  • Contribute to the development of email content, including drafting copy, structuring messages and adapting content for different audiences.
  • Apply best practice for subject lines, CTAs, formatting and accessibility.
  • Maintain journey logic, triggers, timing and audience rules.
  • Monitor EDM and journey performance and apply learnings to future activity.

Digital Performance & Website Analytics

  • Monitor and analyse website performance, including traffic, engagement, conversion paths, forms and content performance.
  • Track and report on campaign, website and social media performance to provide a holistic view of digital effectiveness.
  • Analyse user behaviour across the website to identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and customer journeys.
  • Identify trends, insights and areas for improvement across digital channels.
  • Prepare clear performance summaries and data-led recommendations for stakeholders.

Social Platforms & Audience Targeting

  • Support audience segmentation and targeting across social platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Understand platform-specific best practices for B2B audiences.
  • Work with the Digital Producer to align targeting strategies with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor social performance metrics and contribute insights to optimisation discussions.

Optimisation & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the definition of benchmarks and success metrics for campaigns, journeys and website performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation (e.g. subject lines, send times, landing pages, content variants).
  • Use insights from analytics to continuously improve digital journeys, email content and marketing outcomes.
  • Stay current with marketing automation, analytics and B2B digital marketing best practices.

Collaboration & Ways of Working

  • Work closely with the Digital Producer to balance creative execution with data, automation and performance insight.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and reporting needs.
  • Escalate risks, issues and improvement opportunities as appropriate.
  • Contribute positively to team culture and ECLEVAs ways of working.

Successful candidates must have:

  • 2–5 years experience in B2B digital marketing, marketing automation or performance-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience building EDMs and lead nurturing journeys in a marketing automation platform.
  • Experience writing or contributing to email/EDM content for B2B audiences.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft marketing technologies and CRM-aligned platforms.
  • Experience monitoring and interpreting website analytics and digital performance metrics.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and audience targeting for B2B.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with data and segmentation.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly and practically.
  • Well-organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: Hybrid Setup
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
