What you'll do: 

As a Product Data Specialist, you will own the product attribute layer mapping, modelling, and maintaining it so every product record is complete, accurate, and synchronized across multiple platforms. In a world where every SKU matters, your attention to data integrity will drive everything from stock control to online sales.

Key responsibilities for this role includes:

• Manage the PIM system - Maintain and update product information in Pimcore, including attribute fields, class definitions, and schema relationships.
• Ensure data accuracy - Add, validate, and update product attributes with exceptional attention to detail.
• Drive clean uploads - Perform imports/exports via Excel templates, Pimcore Data Hub, and structured formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
• Standardize categories - Harmonize taxonomy, attribute sets, and inheritance logic across multiple product types (CCTV, alarms, intercoms, and more).
• Proactively fix issues - Run validation scripts, conduct audits, and resolve data errors before they impact operations.
• Document processes - Create clear guides for workflows, schema logic, attribute rules, and maintenance checklists.
• Support improvements - Contribute to automation, migrations, and enrichment strategies over time.

Successful candidates must have:

• At least 1 year of PIM experience (preferably Pimcore) and understanding of product data structures.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, Power Query, conditional logic, macros, and basic VBA.
• Experience managing large product catalogues, ideally in technical or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of taxonomy management, attribute normalization, and metadata standards.
• Confidence working with JSON and XML files.
• A methodical, detail-focused approach to repetitive but high-impact work.
• Familiarity with electronic security products (CCTV, intercoms, access control).
• Experience integrating PIM with ERP or eCommerce platforms.
• Basic SQL for attribute data queries.
• Exposure to PIM/MDM governance or lifecycle design.

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
• Work Setup: Work On-Site; Hybrid arrangement can be considered.
• Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
