Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore (Onsite)
Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in B2B Cold Calling
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, strategically-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growth team. In this role, you aren't just making high-volume dials; you are a strategic investigator. While your primary playground will be targeting E-commerce brands, you will also prospect and reach out to decision-makers across various other B2B verticals.
You won't just be reading a standard script. You will evaluate a company's digital persona and business footprint first, deciding exactly who is worth targeting before initiating high-impact conversations with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Persona Evaluation & Prospecting: Research and analyze prospects across multiple verticals (with a heavy focus on E-commerce). You will evaluate their brand presence to determine if they are a qualified lead before picking up the phone.
- High-Impact Cold Calling: Execute outbound cold calls to key decision-makers, effectively positioning our premium B2B solutions.
- Conversation Navigation: Seamlessly pivot conversations in real-time. You must be able to handle complex objections, think on your feet, navigate past gatekeepers, and guide the dialogue naturally toward a meeting.
- Lead Qualification: Identify core business pain points and qualify opportunities based on budget, authority, need, and timeline to ensure high-quality pipeline growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain clean, detailed records of your outreach, notes on client personas, and pipeline status.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in B2B Cold Calling and outbound sales prospecting.
- Domain Exposure: Prior experience dealing with E-commerce clients is highly preferred, though you must be adaptable enough to pitch to other business industries as well.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills. You need the confidence and articulacy to sound like a consultative partner, not a telemarketer.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to assess a client's persona, "read between the lines," and decide whether a lead is worth the pursuit.
- Resilience & Drive: A results-driven mindset, a thick skin, and the stamina to thrive in a fast-paced night shift environment.
