We are looking for a motivated Associate Business Analyst to support business analysis, requirement gathering, process documentation, and data-driven decision-making. You will assist in translating business needs into clear documentation, analyzing workflows, supporting solution design, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements

Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements

Translate business needs into structured requirement documents, user stories, and process flows

Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
Data & Insights
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities

Support reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking

Help create insights that support strategic and operational decisions
Process & Documentation
Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements

Assist in preparing BRDs, PRDs, SOPs, and functional specifications

Maintain organized project documentation and requirement traceability
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with product, engineering, QA, and operations teams to clarify requirements

Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities

Help ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations
Testing & Quality Support
Assist in test case creation and UAT coordination

Validate solutions against requirements and report gaps or issues

Support post-launch feedback collection and improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

6 months to 1 year of experience in business analysis, operations, product, consulting, or internships

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile workflows

Good written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Exposure to tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Notion, or similar

Basic SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization skills

Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, or process diagrams
