We are looking for a motivated Associate Business Analyst to support business analysis, requirement gathering, process documentation, and data-driven decision-making. You will assist in translating business needs into clear documentation, analyzing workflows, supporting solution design, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements

  • Translate business needs into structured requirement documents, user stories, and process flows

  • Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions

Data & Insights

  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities

  • Support reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking

  • Help create insights that support strategic and operational decisions

Process & Documentation

  • Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements

  • Assist in preparing BRDs, PRDs, SOPs, and functional specifications

  • Maintain organized project documentation and requirement traceability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with product, engineering, QA, and operations teams to clarify requirements

  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities

  • Help ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations

Testing & Quality Support

  • Assist in test case creation and UAT coordination

  • Validate solutions against requirements and report gaps or issues

  • Support post-launch feedback collection and improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business analysis, operations, product, consulting, or internships

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile workflows

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

  • Exposure to tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Notion, or similar

  • Basic SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization skills

  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, or process diagrams

  • Interest in technology, automation, or digital transformation
