Azure DevOps CI/CD Consultant (Part-Time / One-Time Project)

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer / CI/CD Consultant to review, optimize, and implement a fully automated CI/CD pipeline setup for our existing infrastructure. The ideal candidate will evaluate our current environment, recommend best practices, and execute the setup to ensure seamless build, deployment, and rollback capabilities across environments.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess the existing Azure DevOps pipeline structure and repository configuration.
• Propose a robust CI/CD pipeline strategy aligned with best practices.
• Implement automated build, test, and deployment pipelines for Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
• Integrate containerized deployments (Docker) with AWS Fargate and IIS Server.
• Set up automated versioning, approvals, and rollback mechanisms to enable immediate restoration of previous production versions.
• Ensure secure and efficient connection management with AWS resources (S3, Fargate, EC2).
• Document the final setup with clear operational guidelines for the internal team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience setting up and managing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of AWS deployment (especially Fargate, EC2, S3).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, IIS deployments, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and rollback strategy experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
