Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, on-camera Content Creator who can bridge the gap between complex software engineering and compelling social storytelling. You won't just be writing; you will be the face and voice of our brand across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, creating content that humanizes our tech services and turns viewers into high-quality B2B leads.


Key Responsibilities 
1. Performance Analytics: Regularly analyze content metrics to determine what is driving traffic versus what is generating actual sales leads. If a piece of content underperforms, you'll identify the "why" and pivot the strategy.

2. B2B Strategy: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with the B2B buyer journey, specifically targeting the North American market.

3. Multi-Format Writing: Produce high-impact copy for service pages, landing pages, and case studies with a strict focus on conversion.

4. On-Camera Production: Create, host, and appear in short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn Video) to simplify technical concepts and showcase our expertise.

5. Technical Translation: Collaborate with our engineering teams to translate "tech-speak" into simple, persuasive messaging for non-technical stakeholders.

6.SEO & Lead Gen: Apply SEO best practices to ensure our content is visible to the right decision-makers.

What We're Looking For


Must-Have:

-B2B Tech Background: Proven experience creating content specifically for the software/IT services industry.
-Camera Confidence: You are outgoing, articulate, and thrive in front of the lens. You can command attention in a 60-second video.
-Analytical Depth: You are comfortable looking at data (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to track the ROI of your content.
-Versatile Writing: Strong, clear, and persuasive writing skills for both social media and long-form web content.

Nice-to-Have:

-Basic video editing skills for social media (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
-Familiarity with the North American business landscape and communication style.
