Role Overview

As a Content Writer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and driving demand through high-impact, conversion-focused content. You will write content that speaks directly to decision-makers looking for a reliable software development partner.

This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B services marketing, can translate technical services into business outcomes, and writes with clarity, credibility, and intent.

Key Responsibilities

Conversion-Focused Content:

  • Write high-quality, persuasive content for:
    • Service pages (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Custom Software, etc.)
    • Landing pages focused on lead generation
    • Case studies, proposals, and capability decks
  • Craft copy that clearly communicates value propositions, differentiators, and outcomes.

Research & Thought Leadership:

  • Conduct deep research on software development trends, client pain points, and competitor positioning.
  • Write authoritative, long-form blogs that establish credibility and trust with CTOs, founders, and business leaders.
  • Convert complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, business-focused narratives.

Social Media Content:

  • Own and manage content for platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Create consistent, engaging posts that highlight:
    • Our services and expertise
    • Thought leadership and industry insights
    • Case studies, wins, and company updates
  • Repurpose blogs and long-form content into short-form social posts and threads.

SEO & Performance Optimization:

  • Apply on-page SEO best practices (keywords, headings, internal linking).
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to improve content performance based on analytics.
  • Continuously optimize content for visibility, engagement, and conversions.

What We are Looking For

Must-Have

  • Proven experience writing conversion-focused B2B content, preferably for:
    • Software development agencies
    • IT services companies
    • SaaS or technology consulting firms
  • Excellent written English with strong storytelling and persuasion skills.
  • Strong research capabilities — you write with authority, not fluff.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content-driven lead generation.
  • Ability to adapt tone for different audiences (technical vs. business). 

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels, MQLs, and B2B buyer journeys.
