Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months to 1 year of experience who are eager to start a career in business analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, improve business processes, and contribute to delivering valuable solutions to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings, interviews, and research.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and accurate technical requirements.

2. Process Mapping & Analysis

  • Create process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize current and future workflows.
  • Assist in conducting gap analyses to compare existing systems and processes with desired outcomes.
  • Support the creation of use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data sets and present findings to stakeholders.

4. Project Support

  • Participate in agile/scrum meetings such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Assist project managers in tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks.
  • Help ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

5. Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Help facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Ensure that communication between all parties remains clear and consistent.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and SDLC.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

  • Internships, academic projects, or certifications related to business analysis (e.g., ECBA, Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum team environment.
