SAP Program Manager

We are seeking a strategic and proactive SAP Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation projects, particularly in multi-vendor environments. This role involves managing all aspects of program delivery, from initial planning and design, Test Strategy Preparation, end to end Testing cycle through to implementation and post-launch support. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, ensuring their strategic goals are met while managing stakeholder relationships, timelines, budgets, and project risks..

5 Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience as an SAP Programme Manager or similar role with at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP systems and landscape, with specific expertise in Oil & Gas/Energy Industry and processes.
• Strong understanding S/4 Hana modules, Success Factor Implementation along with connected apps.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and stakeholders.
• Must have Good understanding in handling end to end SAP testing Projects for S/4 Hana Implementation.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and functional leads and testing personnel during all project phases.
• Oversee the successful execution of SAP projects, ensuring compliance with budget and schedule.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables; define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Manage and optimize the integration of 3rd party connected apps into SAP environments.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results, with a focus on continuous improvement.
