Senior Manager PPC (Production Planning & Control)

Position: Senior Manager PPC

Department: Production / Operations

Experience: 6–10 Years (Garments / Textile Industry Preferred)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager PPC to lead production planning, manage manufacturing schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining efficiency, quality, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans based on order priorities
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, QA, and Stores for smooth workflow
• Ensure timely material availability and capacity planning
• Monitor daily production, efficiency, and line loading
• Track WIP, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
• Manage TNA (Time & Action Plan) with strong follow-up
• Control wastage and improve production efficiency
• Ensure compliance with delivery timelines and customer requirements
• Prepare production performance reports for management review

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelors degree (Textile / Industrial / Business preferred)
• Strong PPC experience in garments or textile manufacturing
• Excellent planning, coordination, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel
