About the role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated WordPress Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites and custom solutions. If you love clean code, pixel-perfect execution, and building things that actually work — this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
• Build responsive, cross-browser compatible layouts using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Integrate and configure third-party plugins, APIs, and external services.
• Manage and optimize MySQL databases; perform performance tuning and caching.
• Implement website security best practices, SSL, backups, and updates.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver projects on time.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals performance metrics.
• Maintain version control using Git and follow best development practices.

Must-have skills

• 3+ years of hands-on WordPress development
• Strong PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Custom theme & plugin development
• WooCommerce experience
• REST API & Gutenberg / ACF
• Git version control
• MySQL / database management

Nice to have

• React or Vue.js for headless WP
• Elementor / Divi / WP Bakery / Beaver Builder
• Docker / CI-CD pipelines
• Google Analytics / GTM
• UI/UX design sensibility
• Experience with Figma handoffs
