We are now expanding our recruitment function and looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to help us identify, attract, and onboard exceptional talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from understanding hiring needs, sourcing top candidates, conducting interviews, to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers and department leads to build strong talent pipelines and support Integritis growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.

Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical or managerial interviews.

Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/Excel).

Manage communication and provide timely feedback to candidates.

Support employer branding and outreach activities.

Assist in offer preparation, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.

Maintain hiring reports and performance metrics.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in technical or corporate recruitment (preferably in IT/software industry).

Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice to Have:

Experience in recruiting for the Pakistani market.

Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
