We are now expanding our recruitment function and looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to help us identify, attract, and onboard exceptional talent across technical and non-technical roles.

Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from understanding hiring needs, sourcing top candidates, conducting interviews, to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers and department leads to build strong talent pipelines and support Integritis growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical or managerial interviews.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/Excel).

  • Manage communication and provide timely feedback to candidates.

  • Support employer branding and outreach activities.

  • Assist in offer preparation, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.

  • Maintain hiring reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical or corporate recruitment (preferably in IT/software industry).

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in recruiting for the Pakistani market.

  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
