Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ADP Solutions Architect with strong functional and techno-functional expertise to support a large enterprise client on the East Coast. The organization has recently gone live with ADP and Workday, and this role will focus on post–go-live stabilization, remediation, and optimization across payroll, time management, and integrations.
This is a critical position requiring hands-on experience in ADP Time & Payroll and ADP–Workday integrations, with the ability to work closely with HR, IT, and vendor teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead post–go-live remediation and stabilization activities for ADP and Workday.
- Serve as the primary ADP techno-functional expert for payroll and time-related processes.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues between ADP and Workday.
- Support ongoing payroll and time configuration, validation, and optimization.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Review data flows, error logs, and reconciliation issues to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide guidance on best practices, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Support testing, validation, and change management activities as required.
- Document solutions, configurations, and remediation steps for reference and audit purposes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an ADP Solutions Architect or Senior ADP Consultant.
- Strong hands-on expertise with ADP Time & Payroll.
- Solid experience integrating ADP with Workday.
- Experience supporting post–go-live stabilization in enterprise environments.
- Strong functional understanding with the ability to perform technical troubleshooting.
- Experience working with large, complex organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting large enterprise HRIS implementations.
