Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ADP Solutions Architect with strong functional and techno-functional expertise to support a large enterprise client on the East Coast. The organization has recently gone live with ADP and Workday, and this role will focus on post–go-live stabilization, remediation, and optimization across payroll, time management, and integrations.

This is a critical position requiring hands-on experience in ADP Time & Payroll and ADP–Workday integrations, with the ability to work closely with HR, IT, and vendor teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead post–go-live remediation and stabilization activities for ADP and Workday.

     
  • Serve as the primary ADP techno-functional expert for payroll and time-related processes.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues between ADP and Workday.
  • Support ongoing payroll and time configuration, validation, and optimization.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Review data flows, error logs, and reconciliation issues to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Support testing, validation, and change management activities as required.
  • Document solutions, configurations, and remediation steps for reference and audit purposes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an ADP Solutions Architect or Senior ADP Consultant.

     
  • Strong hands-on expertise with ADP Time & Payroll.
  • Solid experience integrating ADP with Workday.
  • Experience supporting post–go-live stabilization in enterprise environments.
  • Strong functional understanding with the ability to perform technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with large, complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting large enterprise HRIS implementations.

  • Exposure to multiple ADP modules.

  • Workday functional or integration experience.

  • Experience with phased rollouts or stabilization programs.
