Reports to: Operations ManagerWere looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team someone whos detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping clients have a smooth, stress-free experience from the first call to job completion.Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, preparing and sending estimates and invoices, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring that all client communications reflect the professionalism and quality standards of our company.Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for estimates and jobs using the companys CRM (Housecall Pro).
- Follow up with clients regarding pending estimates, invoices, and project updates.
- Communicate job details, materials, and schedules between clients and technicians.
- Manage and track payments, deposits, and account balances.
- Maintain accurate client records and job notes in the system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving concerns efficiently and respectfully.
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., uploading photos, tracking receipts, creating reports).
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).
- Customer service experience (home services background a plus).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
