Overall purpose of the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to assist with our Recruitment Administration and Onboarding process

  • Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams)
  • Business administration end-to-end (offers, resource planning, time administration).
  • Accurate & timeous reporting.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High stress tolerance levels.
  • Flexibility to take up different tasks.
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
  • Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting (Pnet, LinkedIn)
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative requests
  • Data Capturing and CV Typing
  • Scheduling meetings

Qualification and experience

  • Matric Certificate
  • 3-year tertiary qualification in Business Administration / Project Management or relevant similar qualification
  • Must have at least 2 x Years Recruitment background experience
