Behavioral Science or equivalent qualification.
Honors in related field
Change management certification (Prosci, Lean Change Management)
Professional membership in a Human Capital association

Progressive experience in a position responsible for developing and implementing change management and organization development programmes -8 - 10 years
Experience in implementing organizational design, change management and employee engagement frameworks and tools, including talent and performance management -2 years
Experience designing and implementing programmes and strategies to support change management, organizational development, and organizational culture transformation -2 years
Experience in agile methodology environment
Exposure in large scale workplace digitization projects (e.g., ERP, Modern Workplace, In - house systems)
An understanding of employee engagement that is beyond the theoretical and can demonstrate it with practical examples of how to improve it in the workplace.
An understanding of organizational design and development principles and concepts
Understanding of project management concepts and principles
Knowledge of local labour laws
