We greatly value personal recommendations. To recognise and reward successful recommendations and referrals, iNTELLiNEXUS provides a 'Referral Bonus' for recommendations that lead to a successful placement as follows:
- R 3000 referral fee
The following terms and conditions apply and are accepted by anyone participating in referring potential applicants to iNTELLiNEXUS:
All candidate referrals and proof of referral must be made in writing to iNTELLiNEXUS before or at the time of the initial application/referral to iNTELLiNEXUS by the person referring; referrals cannot be accepted retrospectively.
Only those referrals that result in a full-time, successful placement of the individual being referred will qualify for the referral fee.
Any potential candidate or person referred to iNTELLiNEXUS must be placed by iNTELLiNEXUS within 3 months of the referral date.
The person referring must obtain prior consent from the potential candidate before referring to iNTELLiNEXUS and the individual/candidate must be aware that they are being referred to iNTELLiNEXUS.
The referral fee is paid at the end of 3 months after the candidate has been placed. No fee is payable if the employment is terminated for any reason during this period.
The offer is not open to a referred candidate who is already known to or registered with iNTELLiNEXUS at the time of the referral.
The referral fee is not available to employees of iNTELLiNEXUS.
There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made
Information supplied will only be used in accordance with this scheme and not passed to any third parties.
The candidate referred must be eligible to work and live in South Africa.
iNTELLiNEXUS reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw the “Referral Fee" scheme at any time and without notice.
iNTELLiNEXUS shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering the "Referral Fee" scheme.
All information received by iNTELLiNEXUS is taken in good faith and on the understanding from the person referring that they are authorised to pass the information which will be free from any intellectual property claims.
