QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

• Must have a current and/or willing to obtain OT license within the state of practice (Colorado).

• BLS Certificate

PREFERRED

• Understanding of Rural Healthcare
