Locum Anesthesia MD needed in Wyoming

Intercare Recruitment has partnered with a hospital in southwestern Wyoming with an opening for an Anesthesiologist to assist their team.

Location: Rock Springs, Wyoming

Opportunity Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3p
• Beeper call shifts, 1:4 Yes beeper call for the nights/weekends needed? , they dont need to stay in the hospital, and will just be called on their cellphone when there is a question or they need to come in.
• No CRNAs, performing own cases
• Daily Volume: 3-5 cases (more if doing endoscopy)
• Cases: Bread & butter, general surgery, ortho, ENT, peds dentistry, plastic surgery, OB/GYN, urology (no cardiac, spine, and occasional spine)
• They would like to open an additional OR on a trial basis (probably from mid-April through Mid-July).
• EMR: Cerner
• Must be board-certified
• ACLS, BLS Required
• Paid travel & expenses: Full Travel
• Need to work at least one week a month, would prefer 2 weeks a month.
