Emergency Medicine MD Locum opportunity in Southern Illinois

Intercare is partnering with a hospital in southern Illinois with an opening for an Emergency Medicine physician to provide locum coverage.

Location: Mount Vernon, Illinois

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 12 or 24-hour shifts, 5-7 shifts/month
• No call shifts
• Annual Volume: ~11,000
• EMR: Medhost
• Must be board-certified, ABEM
• Paid travel: Full Travel
• Hospital Capacity: 47 beds, including a 10-bed Emergency Department
• Shifts Available:
• 12-hour Night shifts *7p-7a
• 12- to 24-hour shifts available for flexibility
• 2 providers on at once
• Need active IL license
• BC in EM
• ACLS and PALS (through AHA if possible)
