Job Overview
Our client within the aquaculture and environmental management sector is seeking a Food Safety Administrator to support the implementation and monitoring of food safety programmes within the aquaculture environment.
The successful candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and support administrative processes linked to food safety monitoring and environmental systems.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support in the implementation of food safety programmes.

Assist with the administration and coordination of food safety initiatives within the directorate.

Monitor compliance with relevant food safety legislation and regulations.

Support the implementation of environmental management systems.

Provide administrative assistance during food safety education and awareness programmes.

Perform general administrative functions related to food safety monitoring and control programmes.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Natural Sciences or a relevant University Degree.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and environmental management systems will be advantageous.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.
