About the job Payroll Officer

Our client is looking for a Payroll Officer to join the team. The person appointed is to ensure that all of employees receive on-time payroll payments and is able to support employees in understanding the calculation of these payments thoroughly. To audit and verify all time keeping records of employee's hours worked as well as any deductions or withholdings required to comply with state and national law.

Minimum Qualifications

  • National Diploma or Degree in HR Management
  • Payroll qualification is advantageous
  • Experience Required
  • 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience working on VIP Payroll or People 300 is essential
  • Experience working with payroll in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with maintaining time and attendance system
