Duties & Responsibilities

Transport &Fleet

  • Facilitate official flight, transport, and accommodation request (OFTAR) and department official transport and accommodation request (DOTR) through travel agencies
  • Render transport services
  • Issue the departmental vehicles with trip authority & fuel cards
  • Requesting the licence and fuel cards for the department vehicles
  • Inspect department vehicles
  • Ensure that the department vehicles are serviced
  • Maintain the process of accident reports for departmental vehicles

Facilities

  • Rendering of the emergency calls regarding the maintenance within the building
  • Conduct facility inspections and risk assessments
  • Registering all complaints in the register
  • Laise with the on-site contractors for City Property and Service Providers
  • Registering all complaints from the CLCC Office
  • Do follow-ups with contractors and update the client
  • Set up data projectors and laptops for the meeting and issue pool laptops to CLCC officials for official use
  • Collection and distribution of newspapers
  • Count water bottles and request water bottles every week from the service provider
  • Check meter readings and forward to the service provider to update the number of copies used
  • Replenish photocopy paper on photocopier machines
  • Perform other duties as per request from the SCM Unit
  • Ensure the monitoring of the parking of vehicles
  • Maintain the physical security function, including key control, personnel, and documents

Desired Experience & Qualification

Diploma in Supply Chain Management

Knowledge of treasury regulations

Knowledge of Government stores policies

Computer literacy

Communication Skills

Organisational Skills

Good Interpersonal Skills
