Senior DevOps Engineer

The Opportunity: We're hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to be a pivotal force in supporting and advancing our infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and platform security efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a strong background in cloud environments and automation. You'll work closely with our U.S.- and Ukraine-based DevOps and Engineering teams to significantly improve reliability, scalability, and automation across our systems.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Support and enhance our core infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
• Drive improvements in our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and automated software delivery.
• Implement and manage observability solutions to monitor system health and performance.
• Strengthen platform security, especially in regulated environments.
• Work closely with U.S.- and Ukraine-based DevOps and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to daily stand-ups and weekly sync/planning calls.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• Strong experience with AWS, Terraform, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
• Essential experience with Docker and Linux.
• English fluency is required (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to improve reliability, scalability, and automation across systems.
• A security-minded engineer, highly valued, especially with experience in regulated environments (e.g., SOC 2, NIST 800-171).
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, async-first culture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable partnering with distributed teams.
