About the Company:

InterveneK-12 is a virtual instruction company experiencing exponential growth. We provide assessments, analytics, and online instruction to assist students struggling in math, reading, science, social studies, and English Language (EL/ ESL). Intervene K-12s programs have served over 30,000 students, many of whom come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Intervene is positioning itself to become a leader in global education, and we are looking for a self-driven, resourceful, and collaborative Content and Assessment Manager.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate success in producing effective educational content, including but not limited to math, reading/ELA, science, and social studies for various state standards (primarily TEKS in Texas and Common Core). This candidate will continue to develop our growing content library, keep it structured and organized, and identify gaps where additional lessons are needed. The Content and Assessment Manager will also be responsible for maintaining our assessments and must demonstrate competency in the Universal Design for Learning framework. This person will report to the Director of Content and Curriculum, but the role requires much collaboration across teams. This is a perfect opportunity for a former classroom teacher, instructional coach, or assessment coordinator.


  • Develop and maintain the content library, including assessments
  • Provide input to the Director of Content and Curriculum regarding content needs
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to meet the goals of our partners using our products
  • Capture, aggregate, and analyze student data
  • Adhere to budget parameters
  • Engage in best practices for student learning through content and assessment design


  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of teaching or instructional coaching experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Deep interest in technology and how it can be used for effective student learning
  • Ability to use data to inform decision making
