Overview
Intervention Workforce Solutions Ltd is engaged by a leading Global Consultancy to identify a skilled Saviynt IAM Integration Specialist for a major enterprise identity transformation programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact, large-scale IAM rollout for a global end customer in a complex, cloud-integrated environment.
You'll be the key interface between technical teams, application owners, and business stakeholders translating business requirements into Saviynt integrations, workflows, and governance solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Connector Configuration & API Integration:
Configure and manage Saviynt connectors using SCIM, SOAP, REST, JDBC/DB, SAP, LDAP, AD, AAD, and JSON based integrations. -
Workflow Development:
Design and implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access request/approval flows, and certification workflows within Saviynt. -
Application Onboarding:
Work with internal and external application owners and technical SMEs to define integration requirements and execute onboarding into Saviynt. -
Entitlement Governance & Role Management:
Define and manage RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access certification rules in line with compliance frameworks. -
Authentication Integration:
Support integration with identity federation and authentication protocols including OIDC, OAuth2.0, and SAML. -
Cloud IAM Exposure:
Operate within hybrid identity environments, supporting integrations with Azure AD and AWS IAM. -
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with both business and technical stakeholders, providing clear communication, solution options, and technical delivery leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform; L200 Certification highly desirable

Expertise in API and connector configurations (REST, SOAP, SCIM, DB)

Solid understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD

Strong grasp of RBAC, SoD, and entitlement governance models

Proven experience designing IAM workflows (JML, access requests, deprovisioning)

Practical knowledge of OIDC, OAuth2.0, and SAML protocols

Exposure to cloud IAM (Azure and AWS)

Strong communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles

Proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving and delivery
Desirable

Background in regulated environments (e.g., energy, financial services, healthcare)

Experience in Agile or DevOps delivery settings
