In The Style is a leading pure-play online women's fashion retailer. We're all about championing female empowerment, body positivity and real beauty.

Through our collaborator model and in-house garment design, we create unique collections for all occasions and we're looking for an Assistant Merchandiser level 1 to join our team.

This role is based in our Manchester office and we offer flexible hours and hybrid working with 1 WFH day a week.

In this role, you'll make sure that we have the right stock in the right place at the right time to drive sales.

Your most important tasks

Critical path management

You will be responsible for the Critical path for your assigned celebs / categories and will ensure stock comes in on time from suppliers to meet launch dates.

Product performance

You'll keep a close eye on the performance of your products, you'll review celeb / category performance regularly, identifying opportunities to maximise sales and work with the team to implement them.

Range plans

Our products are critical to our success, you will work with our buying team to range build and sign off new collections that are commercial and on brand.

Team support

You'll support our merchandising admins to deliver on their daily tasks and ensure they are clear on expectations and have the ability to meet them.

The way you'll work

  • You'll be great at time management, prioritising your time and making sure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • You will solve problems; identifying areas to improve and leading the actions required.
  • You'll take ownership of your assigned celebs / categories and make sure everything is in place for each launch.

A bit about you

  • Ideally you will have worked in a fast fashion business or similar
  • You'll enjoy the energy of a high volume environment
  • You'll be organised with sharp attention to detail
  • You'll be analytical, with the ability to solve problems quickly
  • You'll have strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
