Telco Engineer L1

• Perform 24/7 network and service monitoring & incident handling in real-time.
• Conduct preventive & corrective maintenance activities.
• Provide capacity & change support (provisioning, rerouting, NE version upgrade).
• Handle fiber doctor and onsite support as required.
• Prepare regular reporting and maintain technical documentation (inventory, topology, SOP, change log).

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of DWDM or SDH.
• Technical skills in FTTH (fundamentals, commissioning, and troubleshooting).
• Detail-oriented, communicative, a good team player, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work in a shift system (24/7 operation).
