Responsibilities:

  • Hit quarterly revenue targets across renewals, expansions, and new business.
  • Prospect and qualify Education accounts; research decision makers and buying cycles.
  • Run discovery with customer's stakeholders to understand needs.
  • Create & deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals; negotiate to close.
  • Analyze pipeline & forecast in the CRM; prepare data-driven sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends & competitors in the Education sector and recommend improvements or new product opportunities.
  • Build and nurture networks (associations, campus IT communities, partners/channel).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.

  • 2 - 3 years as an Account Manager in ICT Solution, with hands-on experience managing Education accounts (required).
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quota and earning positive customer feedback.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Fast learner and quick thinker with a passion for consultative sales.
  • Comfortable creating proposals, pricing scenarios, and executive reports.
