About the job Account Manager (Education)
Responsibilities:
- Hit quarterly revenue targets across renewals, expansions, and new business.
- Prospect and qualify Education accounts; research decision makers and buying cycles.
- Run discovery with customer's stakeholders to understand needs.
- Create & deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals; negotiate to close.
- Analyze pipeline & forecast in the CRM; prepare data-driven sales reports.
- Monitor market trends & competitors in the Education sector and recommend improvements or new product opportunities.
- Build and nurture networks (associations, campus IT communities, partners/channel).
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any field.
- 2 - 3 years as an Account Manager in ICT Solution, with hands-on experience managing Education accounts (required).
- Track record of meeting/exceeding quota and earning positive customer feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Fast learner and quick thinker with a passion for consultative sales.
- Comfortable creating proposals, pricing scenarios, and executive reports.
